Security Policy
Effective Date: February 1, 2025
Tohoku University Knowledge Cast Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to protecting its own information assets and those entrusted to it by its customers from threats such as accidents, disasters, and crimes, and to living up to the trust placed in it by its customers and society. To this end, the Company will implement company-wide information security measures based on the following policy.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company will strive to systematically and continuously improve and enhance information security under the leadership of management.
2. Establishment of Internal Systems
The Company will establish an organizational structure to maintain and improve information security and will formalize information security measures as official internal regulations.
3. Employee Initiatives
Our employees will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for information security and ensure that our information security initiatives are effectively implemented.
4. Compliance with Laws, Regulations, and Contractual Requirements
We will comply with all laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and we will meet our customers’ expectations.
5. Response to Violations and Incidents
In the event of any violations of laws or regulations, breaches of contract, or incidents related to information security, the Company will respond appropriately and strive to prevent recurrence.
